The public layer
A profile can bring together selected stories, portfolio work, services and products. The marketplace direction adds discovery, sourcing and business enquiries.
The private layer
Customer records, mailbox contents, internal notes, employee information and commercial details belong in the private operating workspace. A social profile is not permission to expose those records.
The bridge is deliberate
Choose what is published, under which identity and with what wording and assets. Public enquiries can lead into private follow-up without turning private work into a public feed.
