One relationship, a complete story

A prospective customer is also a conversation, a proposal, a project, a set of files and eventually an invoice. SalesOS is being built around those connections. The point is not to put more tools into a menu. It is to stop losing context between them.

Describe the outcome

Instead of opening five different tools, the intended starting point is a goal: find the right clients, prepare a campaign, organise a project or understand what needs attention. A readable plan makes the next steps visible.

A system with memory

The long-term design connects actions to their outcomes, so a later campaign can benefit from what the business learned earlier. Evidence and strategy remain distinguishable; the system should not mistake every correlation for a rule.

Start where you are

Different businesses will need different parts first. Early-access preferences help identify which workflows to prioritise. This is a prelaunch product direction, not a claim that every connector is already live.
